1959 : Fernand METRAL opens the Paix street agency, in the Annecy heart
1974 : François Vallat creates and built custom villas "Bati Alp"
1983 : First agency opened under the Vallat’s name in Annecy
1991 : Creation of the current headquarters, on Président Favre Street
1996 : Opening of the Saint Jorioz agency by Joffray Vallat
1998 : Creation of the Menthon Agency managed by Franklin Vallat
1999 to 2003 : Opening Annecy le Vieux agency, Annecy management and Petit Lac agency
2004 : Acquisition of 'Immobiliere Diamant' group working in Bozel, Méribel, Le Praz, La Tania, Courchevel 1550, Courchevel 1650 and Courchevel 1850.
2005 : Creation Baie des Voiles, a 4 Star Tourist Hotel Residence on the shores of Lake Annecy, managed by Marion Vallat.
2006 to 2008 : Creation of Poisy, Thones and Tignes agencies
